My Story

I did not begin this chapter of my professional life with a perfect roadmap. I restarted my career at 42 — and that restart became one of the most meaningful decisions of my life.

Starting again teaches you things success alone cannot: humility, patience, gratitude, resilience, and the courage to keep moving when the road ahead is unclear.

Over time, I realised that people rarely remember only what we sold them. They remember whether we listened, whether we cared, and whether we stood by them when things became difficult.

Today I work with WhatsApp Business API, automation and customer journeys. But at the heart of my work is something much simpler: helping businesses stay connected to people in a way that feels thoughtful, consistent and human.

Beyond Business

I am a husband, a father to twin daughters, a runner, a coffee lover, and a lifelong student of technology.

Running has taught me that every long distance is completed one step at a time. Relationships are no different. Trust is built one promise, one conversation, and one act of consistency at a time.

“Every marathon begins with one step. Every meaningful relationship begins with one genuine conversation.”

What I Do

Most businesses have a communication problem that they do not care. Growth makes conversations harder to manage. Leads come in, customers ask questions, teams get busy, and somewhere between intention and execution, people feel forgotten.

My work is to make sure technology helps a business remember — who enquired, who needs a response, who needs reassurance, and who deserves a thoughtful follow-up.

Why Relationships Matter to Me

A Referral Is Never Just a Lead

When someone introduces me to a friend, client or business associate, they are putting a small part of their own reputation on the table.

I see that as borrowed trust — something to handle with care, respect and integrity.

The Kind of Growth I Believe In

Growth is meaningful when it creates more confidence, more clarity and better relationships — not just more transactions.

The best outcome is that the person who introduced us feels proud that the connection was made.

“Treat every referral as a relationship, not a lead.”

How to Spot a Referral for Me

“We get leads, but follow-up is inconsistent.”
“Our team uses personal WhatsApp numbers.”
“We want to automate repetitive WhatsApp conversations.”
“Our WhatsApp number keeps getting blocked.”
“Customers ask the same questions repeatedly.”
“Our CRM and WhatsApp do not work together.”
“We manually send reminders and follow-ups.”
“We get many WhatsApp leads from Meta ads.”

My BNI Commitment

I believe in Givers Gain® as a way of building relationships, not as a scoreboard. Sometimes value is a referral. Sometimes it is an introduction, a technology idea, a useful thought, or simply remembering the right person when an opportunity appears months later.

Give value first. Protect trust. Build relationships before transactions.
